CUSTOMER SERVICE
The Customer Service Desk is in the main concourse and can help with transport, ticket reservations, accommodation and general tourist information.

CHECK-IN
The check-in area at Kerry Airport is located in the main concourse.

We recommend that passengers arrive at the airport between 60-90 minutes before the scheduled departure of their flight.

GIFT SHOP
The Gift Shop is located in the departure lounge. The shop stocks a wide range of perfumes, spirits, wines, whiskey, chocolates, leather goods, jewellery, pottery, books, magazines and many more leading brand gifts. An ideal place to purchase that last minute gift.

BUREAU DE CHANGE
The Bureau de Change is located at the Customer Service desk in the main concourse. It offers competitive rates and commission rates are equal to what is charged by any of the high street banks and are always clearly displayed.

The bureau accepts all major currencies.

TELEPHONES
Public Telephones are situated in various locations throughout the airport.

WIRELESS BROADBAND
The Airport provides Wi-Fi free of charge throughout the airport. Just choose Kerry Airport on your device to connect.

RESTAURANT & BAR
The Airport has a fully licensed bar and restaurant which is located in the main concourse. The bar provides a wide variety of beers, spirits and wines. The restaurant offers an excellent selection of hot and cold meals, snacks, teas, coffees and soft drinks.

CAR RENTAL
Several international car hire companies operate out of Kerry Airport. The car hire companies are now located in the Long Term Car Park.

Please Note: Car hire companies should be contacted directly, and not through the Kerry Airport main switchboard as the car rentals are separate to the airports telephone system.

CUSTOMS, IMMIGRATION AND SECURITY
Immigration, customs and police controls are present during normal opening hours.

BABY CHANGING FACILITY
This is located in the main concourse and in the Departure Lounge  next to the Gift Shop.

SPECIAL ASSISTANCE
